Morgan Nevin stepped into the Broker role after nearly a decade as a real estate professional with Far West. He is a seasoned professional in the real estate industry with a deep-rooted passion for the outdoors and the unique properties of California and Nevada. Raised in Truckee, CA, and the Reno-Tahoe Basin, Morgan's early exposure to the industry, traveling with his father to different properties, sparked his interest in pursuing a career in real estate.
Morgan holds a BA in economics and has enjoyed being directly involved with the sale of over $250 million worth of real estate throughout his tenure in the industry. Rex Hartwick
Rex has been involved in Nevada real estate for over 20 years, specializing in ranches, farms and commercial properties.
For 37 years he has also been employed in production agriculture in Nevada and Northern California. This working knowledge has been key in helping his clients acquire and sell their properties. Rex lives the agricultural lifestyle that he sells.
Rex is a native Nevadan and brings practical experience and knowledge to the Far West team. He lives in Smith Valley, NV with his wife Sandy. They raised twin sons on their small farm and continue with agricultural enterprises, including bees, goats, hay and horses.
Gwen Niccoli
Gwen was born in Ireland and raised on a farm in the Irish countryside, where she developed a strong work ethic and appreciation for community. After earning her degree in Sports and Leisure Management, she moved to the United States in 1987. She spent several years traveling the country—skiing, whitewater rafting, and hiking—before settling in the Lake Tahoe/Carson Valley area in 1994.
Now, more than 35 years later, Gwen proudly calls this beautiful region home. She lives with her husband, Mike, and their two children, Sloane and Iris, and feels incredibly fortunate to have raised her family in such a special community.
With a fresh, friendly, and forthright approach, Gwen has become one of the most sought-after real estate agents in the area. She began her career in 2006 in private residence club sales and transitioned into general real estate in 2013, a move that perfectly aligned with her passion for helping clients find their place in the community.
